[摘要] 目的 总结剖宫产围术期的整体护理经验。 方法 对326例剖宫产患者术前、术中、术后做好整体护理，总结其护理要点。 结果 326例行剖宫产术产妇，分娩新生儿333例均存活，经过围术期的整体护理，无一例发生并发症。术后母乳喂养基本达到95%，伤口I期愈合，母婴健康出院。 结论 做好孕产妇剖宫产围手术期的整体护理，对保证手术成功、母婴安全及术后康复非常重要。
