[摘要] 石斛主要含有生物碱类、联苄类、菲类、氨基酸、倍半萜类、多糖类等化学成分，现代研究表明，其具有增强机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、促进消化液分泌、抑制血小板凝集、降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老和退热止痛等药理作用。本文通过对相关文献的整理和归纳，对石斛有效化学成分和药理作用的研究作一概况综述，为开发利用有药用价值的天然产物提供参考。

    Chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Dendrobium

    [Abstract] Dendrobium contains several chemical constituents such as alkaloids, dibenzyl, phenanthrene, amino acids, sesquiterpene and polysaccharide. And researches have showed that Dendrobium have many pharmacological effects such as enhancing the immunologic function, antitumor, promoting the secretion of digestive juices, inhibiting platelet aggregation, decreasing high blood lipid and blood sugar, antioxidant, anti aging, antipyretic analgesics and so on. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Dendrobium were reviewed, which provided information for the development and utilization of medicinal natural products. ......
