[摘要] 目的 探寻慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-6表达与抑郁焦虑心理因素关系。 方法 选择35例慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis，CP)患者和34名牙周健康者。采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁症状自评量表进行问卷测评，收集龈沟液,并进行临床牙周检查，采用放射免疫法检测龈沟液中IL-6含量。 结果 对照组中IL-6总量为(0.16±0.04) ng，慢性牙周炎组为(0.28±0.02) ng。IL-6在慢性牙周炎组的表达高于对照组，P < 0.001。在IL-6与抑郁心理指数的线性回归分析中，F = 7.430，P = 0.009；在IL-6与焦虑心理指数的线性回归分析中，F = 7.150，P = 0.010。 结论 在慢性牙周炎组患者龈沟液IL-6总量升高，相对焦虑心理因素，抑郁心理因素与龈沟液IL-6总量相关性更显著。

Relationship between the IL-6 in the gingival crevicular fluid of the chronic periodontitis and the depression-anxiety psychological factor

[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between the IL-6 in the gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of the chronic periodontitis (CP) and the depression-anxiety psychological factors. Methods The CP group involved 35 patients while 34 periodontol health volunteers were enrolled as control group. The questionaires of the Self-rating anxiety scale(ASA) and the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale (CES-D) were taken, then the GCF was collected and received the clinical periodontol examination. The amount of IL-6 in the GCF was surveyed by the radio-immunoassay method. Results The amount of IL-6 in the GCF of the control group was (0.16±0.04) ng, while that of the CP was (0.28±0.02) ng. The difference between the CP and the control group was statistically significant (P < 0.001). In the linear regression equation of the IL-6 and the depressive psychological factor got F = 7.430, P = 0.009; The linear regression equation of the IL-6 and the anxiety psychological factor got F = 7.150，P = 0.010. Conclusion The chronic periodontitis get the higher amount of IL-6 of the GCF, compared with the anxiety psychological factor, the depression psychological factor get closer correlation with the IL-6 within CP ......
