[摘要] 目的 观察以普通木靠椅作为靠背架坐位体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗膀胱结石及后尿道结石的效果。 方法 对16例膀胱结石及6例后尿道结石患者使用普通木靠椅作为靠背架坐位ESWL治疗。 结果 12例膀胱结石一次碎石成功，4例膀胱结石二次碎石成功，6例后尿道结石一次碎石成功，1周后随访结石排净，治疗成功率为100%。 结论 以普通木靠椅作为靠背架坐位ESWL治疗膀胱结石及后尿道结石疗效满意，患者痛苦小，无尿道损伤；使用普通木椅自制靠背架方法简单、牢固、舒适。

    Sitting position ESWL using a common wooden backrest chair as backrest for the patients with ladder calculus and posterior urethral calculus

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of sitting position ESWL using a common wooden backrest chair as backrest for the patients with bladder calculus and posterior urethral calculus. Methods Sixteen patients with bladder calculus and 6 patients with posterior urethral calculus were treated with sitting position ESWL using a common wooden backrest chair as backrest. Results Twelve patients with bladder calculus were completed in one session and the other 4 patients required 2 sessions. 6 patients with posterior urethral calculus were completed in one session. After treatments for 1 week, the stone-free rate was 100%. Conclusion Sitting position ESWL using a common wooden backrest chair as backrest for the patients with bladder calculus and posterior urethral calculus is a effective, minimally invasive procedure and non-invasive for urethra. Using a common wooden backrest as backrest is simple, fixed and comfortable. ......
