[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫背带式缝合在剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血中的作用。 方法 对58例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血者采用子宫背带式缝合治疗，观察止血效果。 结果 58例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者经按摩压迫子宫、药物等治疗无效，采用子宫背带式缝合后止血效果良好。 结论 子宫背带式缝合安全有效、简单易行、耗时短、损伤小、恢复快、止血迅速，是剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血常规方法及药物止血无效时的首选止血方法。
