急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体的变化研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨分析急性脑梗死患者血清中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体与急性脑梗死发生的关系。方法 对本院2010~2011年收治的60例急性脑梗死患者(观察组)和60例健康志愿者(对照组)的血清中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体的含量进行分析比较,并对患者美国卫生研究院卒中量表评分进行分析。结果 观察组患者血清中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体的含量显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);其中观察组患者中大面积脑梗死组(B组)患者血清中中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体的含量显著高于小面积脑梗死组(A组),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体的含量与急性脑梗死患者美国卫生研究院卒中量表评分无相关性。 结论 测定血清中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及D二聚体对急性脑梗死患者的临床诊断和分析有着重要意义。

    Homocysteine in patients with acute cerebral infarction, C-reactive protein and D-dimer changes in polymer research

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the analysis of the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction of homocysteine, C-reactive protein and D-dimer relationship with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The hospital admitted 2010 to 2011, 60 cases of acute patients with cerebral infarction (study group) and 60 healthy volunteers (control group) of serum homocysteine, C-reactive protein levels and D-dimer polymer were analyzed and compared, and the United States Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in patients with score was analyzed. Results The serum homocysteine, C-reactive protein levels and D-dimer were significantly higher, with the two groups was significant (P <0.05); patients in the observation group in which a large area of the brain infarction group (B) the serum homocysteine, C-reactive protein and D-dimer aggregates was significantly higher than the small area of cerebral infarction group (A), the two groups with statistically significant (P < 0.05); Homocysteine, C-reactive protein levels and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction United States Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score had no correlation.
