[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。 方法 选取本院2008年1月~2011年6月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者64例，随机分为两组，采用股骨近端髓内固定治疗的患者32例为对照组，采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗的患者32例为观察组，比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果 观察组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后负重时间均明显小于对照组，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，观察组术后总优良率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折固定牢靠，临床疗效好且并发症较少，患者负重早利于进行早期的功能恢复性锻炼，是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的首选方法。

Clinical research on proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elder patients

[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elder patients. Methods Sixty four elder patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected in the hospital from January 2008 to June 2011, who were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients used proximal femoral intramedullary fixation in the treatment as the control group. 32 patients used the proximal femoral locking plate fixation in the treatment as the observation group. Every clinical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The length of incision, bleeding during operation, operation time, postoperative weight-bearing time in the observation group were significantly smaller than the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The rate of excellent in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The use of proximal femoral locking plate fixation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture fixation has good clinical efficacy and less complications. Patients with early weight-bearing can do early functional rehabilitation exercise. That is the preferred method in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elder patients ......
