[摘要] 目的 对溃疡性结肠炎科学诊断与治疗开展进行分析研究，以进一步提高诊治水平。 方法 选取本院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的156例溃疡性结肠炎患者临床诊治资料开展分析。 结果 采取药物口服以及药物灌肠相结合对症治疗，辅之以健康教育，102例患者治愈，54例患者明显好转，治疗有效率为100%。 结论 在溃疡性肠炎治疗中，采取口服药物加药物灌肠相结合的综合治疗方式，并对患者强化自我保健以及健康成活方式引导，能够提高综合治疗效果，并有效预防复发，有利于患者健康。

    [Abstract] Objective To ulcerative colitis diagnosis and treatment were carried out scientific analysis, in order to further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of patients with ulcerative colitis clinical data development was analyzed in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010. Results Take drugs orally as well as drug enema combined with symptomatic treatment, complemented by health education, 102 cases were cured, 54 cases improved significantly, with a cure rate of 100%. Conclusion In the treatment of ulcerative colitis, take oral medication plus drug enema combined with comprehensive treatment, and patients with intensive self-care and health survival guide, can improve the comprehensive treatment effect, and effective prevention of recurrence, is conducive to the health of patients. ......
