[摘要] 目的 通过调查本院2009～2010年住院患者的降糖药物的用药情况，分析降糖药物的临床应用情况。 方法 采用WHO推荐的DDD分析方法作为判定药物利用的依据，利用医院信息管理系统、Oracle数据库和Excel等软件对住院患者降糖药的使用进行统计及汇总。 结果 本院住院患者主要使用胰岛素注射剂，口服降糖药用药频度排在前3位的是格列吡嗪片、阿卡波糖片、盐酸二甲双胍片，大多数药物利用指数均小于1。 结论 本院降血糖药物应用基本合理，但应根据患者具体情况选择适宜的药物，同时兼顾药品的费用与效果，减少药品不良反应，做到用药安全、有效、经济。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application of hypoglycemic drugs of inpatients in our hospital from 2009 to 2011. Methods DDD analytical methods recommended by WHO was used as determination of drug use. The usage of hypoglycemic drugs of inpatients were collected and summarized by using hospital information management system, Oracle databases and Excel software. Results The insulin injection was main usage for inpatients in our hospital. Glipizide, Acarbose and Metformin hydrochloride tablets were ranked the top frequency of oral hypoglycemic drugs. The majority of drugs′ utilization index were less than 1. Conclusion Application of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was basically rational. However, it is essential to apply for a appropriate choice of drugs in accordance with the specific circumstances of patient, take into account the costs and effects of drugs and reduce adverse drug reactions to the purpose of drug safety, effective and economic.
