[摘要] 用药依从性是指患者用药与医嘱的一致性。患者用药依从性差的现象非常普遍，影响患者用药依从性的因素众多，涉及患者、医务人员、社会、家庭等各方面。患者用药依从性的提高是个系统工程，需要多方面的密切配合才能得到根本解决。

    [Abstract] Medication compliance is the consistency of the drug use of the treating patients and the doctor′s advice. The poor medication compliance is a kind of popular phenomenon; medication compliance is effected by many factors, involving patients, medical personnel, society and family. The improvement of medication compliance is system engineering; the close cooperation of various aspects is the fundamental solution.
