[摘要] 目的 探讨缺血性脑中风中医综合治疗的临床效果。 方法 选择本院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的68例缺血性脑中风患者作为观察对象，随机将68例患者分成两组，观察组与对照组，每组34例。观察组应用中医综合治疗，对照组采取西医综合治疗方案，28 d为1个疗程。观察1个疗程治疗后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、生活质量指数(QLI)的变化。 结果 观察组的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、生活质量指数(QLI)的变化都优于对照组。 结论 中医综合治疗缺血性脑中风疗效确切，可在临床推广。

Clinical curative effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy in treatment of ischemic stroke

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ischemia stroke. Methods Sixty eight patients with ischemia stroke in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as observing objects and were divided into observation group and control group randomly， each group had 34 cases. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment and control group was given the Western medicine treatment. The course of treatment was 28 days. Changes of NIHSS and QLI after a course of treatment were observed. Results The changes of NIHSS and QLI in observation group were superior to that of control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine to ischemia stroke is exact which should be widely used.

中风是目前我国常见的重大疾病之一，中风患者中有85%的患者是缺血性中风[1]，其有很高的致残率及死亡率，同时缺血性中风的发病机制与临床表现非常复杂，因此多年来，都缺乏有效治疗此病的方法。2011年1月～2012年1月，本院采取中医综合疗法治疗缺血性中风，取得了良好效果，现将经验总结如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本组研究对象为本院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的68例缺血性脑中风患者，其中，男45例，女23例，平均年龄(48.5±2.5)岁。所有患者都符合1995年中华医学会第四届全国脑血管病学术会议通过的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》。68例患者中，脑血栓患者24例、脑栓塞患者28例、腔隙性缺血性脑中风患者10例、多发性缺血性脑中风4例、小中风2例。随机将68例患者分成两组，观察组与对照组，每组34例。两组患者一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2 方法
观察组采取静脉滴注中药+针灸推拿+康复综合治疗：急性期采用5%葡萄糖250 mL+血塞通注射液200 mg ......
