[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌根治术的护理配合疗效。 方法 选取本院2008年2月～2012年3月实行腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌根治术的患者30例，随机分为两组，采用常规护理患者15例为对照组，采用护理干预患者15例为观察组，比较两组患者的护理配合疗效及并发症情况。 结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量均明显小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组术后排气时间、术后24 h引流量、住院时间均小于对照组，观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 有效的护理配合在腹腔镜下乙状结肠癌根治术治疗过程中起着关键作用，可以缩短手术时间，减少患者的术中出血量，降低并发症的发生率，有助于患者的早日康复，值得临床推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing effect in sigmoid colon cancer radical resection by laparoscopic. Methods Thirty patients who accepted sigmoid colon cancer radical resection by laparoscopic were selected in our hospital from February 2008 to March 2012， who were divided into two groups randomly. 15 patients used conventional care as control group. 15 patients used nursing intervention as observation group. Nursing efficacy and complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation time， bleeding volume in operation in observation group were significantly smaller than those in control group， while the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative exhaust time， 24 h postoperative drainage， length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly smaller than those in control group， while the postoperative complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group ......
