人文关怀在原发性肝癌患者门诊导医服务中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨人文关怀在对原发性肝癌患者门诊导医服务中的应用效果,以提高门诊服务质量。 方法 选取2011年本院门诊确诊的200例原发性肝癌患者,其中,以2011年1月5日~6月30日(实施人文关怀前)的100 例为对照组,从2011年7月1日~12月31日(实施人文关怀后)的100例为观察组。利用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)比较实施人文关怀前后两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况,并对硬件设施、服务态度、技术水平、健康教育的满意度情况进行评价。结果 根据HADS评分,观察组人文关怀前后焦虑及抑郁评分差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。两组患者对服务态度、技术水平、健康教育的满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 人文关怀可提高患者的认知状况,减轻患者的负面心理,减少焦虑抑郁情绪,提高了患者满意度。

    Application effect on humane care for patients with primary liver cancer in outpatient service

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of humane care in outpatient service for patients with primary liver cancer, and improve the quality of outpatient services. Methods Two hundred outpatient cases with primary liver cancer in our hospital were selected in 2011, and divided into two groups: 100 cases were selected as control group from January 5, 2011 to June 30, 2011(before implementing humanistic care), 100 cases were selected as observation group from July 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 (after implementing humanistic care). Anxiety, depression situation and satisfaction degree of hardware facilities, service attitude, technical level, health education between two groups were compared by hospital anxiety and fepression scale (HADS) before and after implementing humanistic care ......
