[摘要] 目的 调查分析2013年本院门诊药物的咨询情况。 方法 在本院门诊药房选取120例患者的咨询记录，对咨询的内容与咨询药物的种类等患者关注的方面进行调查分析。 结果 皮肤科药物在门诊药房中的咨询比例(34.17%)明显高于老年病常用药的咨询比例(3.33%)，同时，在门诊药房咨询药物用法用量的比例(39.17%)明显高于咨询药物有效期所占的比例(2.50%)(P<0.05)。 结论 在医院门诊专门设立关于药物咨询的窗口，能够使患者以及医务人员更加了解药物的使用情况，使药物使用服务的质量得到提高，满足人们的要求。
