[摘要] 目的 探讨手术切除联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣患者的临床效果。 方法 选取120例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为A、B、AB组，A组应用手术切除治疗，B组应用干扰素治疗，AB组应用手术联合干扰素治疗，均随访6个月，观察3组的疗效。 结果 A组的有效率为67.5%，B组的有效率为65.0%，AB组的有效率为92.5%，3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 手术切除联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著。
