米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨临床有效治疗异位妊娠的方法，为相关研究提供支持和参考依据。 方法 选取本院2009年1月～2012年12月收治的异位妊娠患者，将其随机分成观察组68例和对照组68例。观察组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗，对照组采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标改善情况。 结果 观察组患者的包块缩小比例、症状1周内消失、阴道排出蜕膜管形、2周尿HCG转阴以及2周血HCG下降情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。 结论 采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果显著，是临床治疗异位妊娠的理想选择。
