西藏灵芝多糖的提取工艺研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 优化西藏灵芝多糖的提取工艺。 方法 以蒽酮-硫酸法作为灵芝多糖含量的测定方法，以多糖提取得率为考察指标，对浸提过程中的温度、时间、次数以及料液比4个因素进行单因素试验和正交试验。 结果 灵芝多糖的最佳提取条件为提取温度100 ℃，浸提时间2 h，浸提次数3次，料液比为1∶30。 结论 该提取工艺条件稳定，重现性好，可为西藏灵芝多糖的大生产提供参考依据。
