[摘要] 目的 分析舒血宁注射液致药物不良反应(ADR)的原因，为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法 收集2011年6月～2013年10月本院发生的57例舒血宁注射液所致ADR报告，并进行归纳、统计分析。 结果 舒血宁注射液所致不良反应涉及机体多个系统，临床表现复杂多样，主要集中在40～60岁，主要表现为变态反应。 结论 临床应重视舒血宁注射液的不良反应，并做好不良反应的处理，在临床使用时要严密监测，提高合理用药水平。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reactions induced by drugs of Shuxuening injection，to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use.
