阿昔洛韦与泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨阿昔洛韦与泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。 方法 以2010年7月～2012年7月来本院治疗的110例带状疱疹患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组55例。观察组采用泛昔洛韦治疗，对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗。治疗10 d后，对比分析两组的治疗效果，止疱、结痂、止痛、痊愈所需的时间。 结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组止疱、结痂、止痛、痊愈所需的时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹较阿昔洛韦抗病毒作用强、见效快，能有效缩短病程并减轻患者的疼痛。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect of acyclovir and famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 110 cases of patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 55 patients.The observation group were treated by famciclovir,the control group were treated with acyclovir.After 10 days treatment,the clinical effect,the time of ended blisters,crusting,pain,recovery were compared and analyzed between the two groups ......
