[摘要] 目的 探讨阿托伐他汀治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2010年1月1日～2013年12月31日收治的52例原发性肾病综合征患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，两组患者均接受常规药物治疗，实验组在此基础上接受阿托伐他汀治疗，分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 实验组的总有效率为100.00%，对照组为80.77%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组临床治疗后相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 阿托伐他汀治疗原发性肾病综合征具有较为理想的临床效果，有助于患者临床指标的恢复，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.
