[摘要] 目的 分析育龄妇女死亡原因，找出有效干预措施，以降低育龄妇女死亡率。 方法 采用回顾性调查方法，每年由基层妇保专干上报调查结果名单，妇幼保健院核实资料的完整性及准确性，并进行统计分析。 结果 2005～2013年本区育龄妇女死亡率为51.10/10万，41～49岁年龄占死亡年龄总数的58.08%，死亡前三位原因分别为恶性肿瘤、意外及神经系统疾病。 结论 育龄妇女随着年龄增长，死亡率逐渐上升，恶性肿瘤成为危害妇女健康的首要原因，育龄妇女应加强保健意识，注重身心健康。
