大便隐血与大肠疾病关系的研究(2)
综上所述，早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗是治疗大肠癌的关键，大规模的随机对照试验显示，FOBT能有效降低16%左右的大肠癌相关病死率，且价格便宜，检测方法便捷[13]，因而对于基层医院，FOBT对于大肠癌及癌前病变的筛选来说是一项既简便又实用的大肠癌筛查方法，值得广泛推广应用。
