神经电活动辅助通气的临床应用分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨神经电活动辅助通气模式治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果。 方法 选择在本院就诊的呼吸衰竭患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用压力支持通气模式治疗,治疗组采用神经电活动辅助通气模式治疗。对比两组通气治疗人机同步性、治疗总有效率、呼吸功能恢复正常时间、ICU治疗时间、临床治疗总时间、不良反应发生情况。 结果 治疗组通气治疗人机同步性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);呼吸功能恢复正常时间、ICU治疗时间、临床治疗总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 神经电活动辅助通气模式治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果非常明显。

    Clinical application analysis of nerve activity assisted ventilation

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical effect of neural electrical activity assisted ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure. Methods 60 patients with respiratory failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Pressure support ventilation treatment was used in control group,neural electrical activity of assisted ventilation mode treatment was applied in treatment group.Human-computer synchronization,total efficiency rate of treatment,respiratory function returned to normal time,ICU treatment time,the total time of clinical treatment,adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results The human-computer synchronization of ventilation in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Total efficiency rate of treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Respiratory function returned to normal time,ICU treatment time,total time of clinical treatment in treatment group was shorter than that in control group respectively(P<0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of neural electrical activity assisted ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure is very obvious.

    目前临床对呼吸衰竭进行治疗方法主要以机械通气方式为主,但以往在机械通气治疗过程中存在人机不同步的现象,可能会导致撤机困难、肺损伤等一系列并发症出现,对疾病治疗效果造成不良影响[1]。神经电活动辅助通气通过膈肌电活动辅助呼吸机进行持续通气治疗[2]。本研究主要观察呼吸衰竭患者应用神经电活动辅助通气模式治疗的效果。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选择2013年6月~2014年6月在本院就诊的呼吸衰竭患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组:男性19例,女性11例;年龄51~88岁,平均(65.7±1.9)岁;呼吸衰竭发病时间1~17 h,平均(6.3±0.8) h。治疗组:男性18例,女性12例;年龄53~89岁,平均(65.6±1.8)岁;呼吸衰竭发病时间1~18 h,平均(6.1±0.7) h。两组的一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。 (余桢 晏中军)
