左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2014年1月本院收治的70例老年甲状腺功能减退综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各35例。观察组给予左甲状腺素钠治疗，对照组给予甲状腺片治疗。比较两组治疗前后的各指标水平及治疗有效率。 结果 两组治疗后的TSH水平显著低于治疗前，FT4与FT3水平显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的TSH、FT3水平显著低于对照组治疗后，FT4水平显著高于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为94.3%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome. Methods 70 elderly patients with hypothyroidism syndrome in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，35 cases in each group.The observation group was given levothyroxine sodium，the control group was given thyroxine tablet.The level of indexes and therapeutic effective rate before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment，the levels of free thyroxine (FT4) and free triiodothyronine (FT3) in two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of TSH，FT3 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the level of FT4 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.3%，which was higher than 80.0% in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome is significant，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

甲状腺功能减退综合征是临床常见的慢性病之一，多发于老年人群体，常表现出嗜睡、疲乏、记忆力衰退以及认知损伤等症状，严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。甲状腺激素合成、分泌不足，导致甲状腺激素生物效应下降，是引起老年人甲状腺功能减退综合征的主要原因[2]。当前，临床常使用左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征。本研究选取本院的老年甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象，探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2013年1月～2014年1月在本院接受治疗的70例老年甲状腺功能减退综合征患者作为研究对象，年龄为61～82岁，平均(69.4±12.8)岁。将入选患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各35例。两组的年龄、性别、病情、病程以及既往病史等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。 (张雅琴)
