超早期尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察(3)
需要指出的是，溶栓治疗可能会引起相关并发症，如溶栓后出血、血管再次闭塞或再灌注损伤等，因此在治疗过程中要密切观察患者的临床体征变化，监测凝血四项及血压变化，必要时停止溶栓[14]。治疗后可根据患者的年龄及病情给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等药物进行再栓塞的预防治疗，必要时给予依达拉奉以清除自由基，减少脑组织损伤，促进神经功能恢复[15]。
综上所述，超早期尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死能显著提高效果，与常规溶栓方案比较，其改善神经功能缺损的效果更显著，值得临床推广应用。
