全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的实施效果。 方法 选取2013年5月～2014年10月我院急诊科收治的120例危重患者，采用随机抽签分组方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用全程护理，比较两组的抢救成功率及护理满意度。 结果 观察组抢救成功率为96.67%，显著高于对照组的86.67%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理总满意度为95.00%，显著高于对照组的83.33%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 全程护理应用于急诊危重患者抢救中可提高抢救成功率和护理满意度，具有显著的应用效果。
