人性化护理在晚期结直肠癌患者化疗中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察人性化护理干预在晚期结直肠癌患者化疗中的应用效果。 方法 选择2013年2月～2015年2月我院确诊为晚期结直肠癌的86例患者，按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=45)。两组患者均根据晚期结直肠癌指南给予合理正规的化疗方案，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予人性化护理，比较两组患者的效果差异性。 结果 观察组的总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后，两组的SAS、SDS 、VAS评分较干预前均降低(P<0.05)，且观察组降低更明显，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 人性化护理干预可以显著改善晚期结直肠癌患者化疗中的不良情绪及疼痛，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of individual human nursing in chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 86 patients with advanced colorectal cancer in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected.They were divided into control group (n=41) and observation group (n=45) according to the order of admission.
