超声乳化联合小梁切除术在青光眼合并白内障治疗中的应用价值探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨超声乳化联合小梁切除术在青光眼合并白内障治疗中的应用价值。 方法 选取2013年10月～2014年10月本院收治的80例青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象，按照住院先后顺序分为研究组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规小梁切除术进行治疗，研究组采用超声乳化联合小梁切除术进行治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。 结果 研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的视力、眼压显著优于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的术后并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 超声乳化联合小梁切除术在青光眼合并白内障治疗中有着较好的临床效果，能有效改善视力、眼压，值得临床推广应用。

Application value exploration of ultrasonic emulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic emulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract. Methods 80 patients with glaucoma and cataract from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the research group and the control group according to the sequence of admission，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional trabeculectomy，the research group was treated with ultrasonic emulsification combined with trabeculectomy.The clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference (P<0.05).Eyesight and intraocular pressure after treatment in the research group was better than those in the control group，with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of postoperative complication (P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of ultrasonic emulsification and trabeculectomy can obtain a favorable effect in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract，which can effectively improve eyesight and intraocular pressure，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

作为临床上常见的眼科疾病，青光眼合并白内障有着较高的发病率[1]。目前，本病临床上多采用手术方法进行治疗，但传统手术难免会给患者带来一定创伤[2]。此外，患者术后病情极易复发，影响其身心健康和生活质量[3]，因此，临床上应采取积极措施，提高该病的临床治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量[4]。随着医疗卫生水平的不断提升，超声乳化技术在临床中的应用也越来越广泛[5]，现阶段，其已发展成为临床治疗白内障的重要方法，并取得了一定临床效果[6]。研究[7]显示，超声乳化联合小梁切除术能提高青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果，有效改善患者眼压。本研究选取本院的80例青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象，旨在探讨超声乳化联合小梁切除术在青光眼合并白内障治疗中的应用效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2013年10月～2014年10月本院收治的80例青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象，按照住院先后顺序分为研究组和对照组，各40例。研究组中，男22例，女18例；年龄48～75岁，平均(58.3±2.6)岁；共40患眼；疾病类型：32例为原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障，8例为原发性开角型青光眼合并白内障。对照组中，男20例，女20例；年龄48～75岁，平均(58.4±2.5)岁；共40患眼；疾病类型：30例为原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障，10例为原发性开角型青光眼合并白内障。两组的性别构成、年龄构成、疾病类型、眼压、视力等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。本研究经本院医学伦理委员会通过，所有患者均自愿签署知情同意书。, http://www.100md.com(孔丹丹 乔光)
