双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。 方法 将2014年6月～2015年6月收治的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者，根据随机数字表法分为两组，各40例，对照组应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片，观察组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%，明显高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达水平较治疗前与对照组均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效确切，可改善机体细胞因子表达。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder scattered us joint mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder scattered us joint mesalazine enteric coated tablets are effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients can improve cytokines expression.
