[摘要] 本研究对1例带状疱疹患者整个药物治疗过程进行分析。临床药师根据患者病情，分析患者白细胞下降原因可能是由卡马西平导致的，建议停用卡马西平，并给予粒细胞集落刺激因子，密切监测血象情况，直至患者症状改善。

    [Abstract] This paper analyzes the whole drug treatment process of 1 patient with herpes zoster.Clinical pharmacist analyzed the cause of white blood cell decreased according to patient′condition.That may be caused by carbamazepine，and clinical pharmacist suggests to stop using carbamazepine and giving G-CSF.Clinical pharmacist closes monitoring of blood picture until patient′s symptoms improved.
