[摘要] 目的 探讨胸膜孤立性纤维瘤(SFTP)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现。 方法 回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2015年9月9例经手术病理证实的SFTP患者的MSCT表现，并对其临床资料进行总结。 结果 7例SFTP较小病灶表现边界清楚，平扫密度均匀，增强扫描呈均匀轻-中度强化；2例SFTP病灶巨大，平扫密度不均匀，增强扫描呈不均匀“地图样”强化。 结论 SFTP在临床上无特征性，但MSCT对诊断SFTP有重要价值。
