[摘要] 目的 探讨改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术在胃肠手术中的应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2015年1月期间收治的胃肠道疾病患者共58例，其中行改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术治疗的患者37例(观察组)，行标准胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术治疗的患者21例(对照组)。比较两组患者的围术期指标，术后并发症发生率及术后生活质量评分情况。 结果 观察组患者平均手术时间短于对照组[(271.42±24.47)min vs (362.39±41.28)min]，术中平均出血量少于对照组[(281.29±38.21)ml vs (393.31±37.86)ml]，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，术后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 胃肠疾病患者采用改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术治疗，提高了手术治疗的安全性和可靠性，改善了患者术后的生活质量，值得临床进一步推广应用。
