[摘要] 目的 探讨水胶体敷料预防儿童血液病患者吸氧管固定时产生皮肤损伤的效果。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年7月本院收治的80例行管道氧气吸入治疗的儿童血液病患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规固定措施，实验组采用水胶体敷料保护皮肤后再用胶布固定。比较两组的皮肤损伤发生率。 结果 实验组的皮肤损伤发生率为2.5%，显著低于对照组的32.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 外敷水胶体敷料能有效预防儿童血液病患者固定氧气管道时皮肤损伤的发生。
