中医正骨配合手术治疗踝关节骨折38例的临床效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨踝关节骨折患者接受中医正骨配合手术治疗的临床价值。方法 选取我院2014年3月～2015年3月踝关节骨折患者76例，根据患者治疗方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组，两组分别给予中医正骨与手术配合治疗及单纯手术治疗，对比两组踝关节骨折患者治疗效果的差异。结果 两组踝关节骨折患者治疗后的优良率、愈合时间、并发症以及社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 踝关节骨折患者接受中医正骨与手术配合治疗，可取得较高的价值，有利于患者疗效的提高，缩短患者的骨折愈合时间，对改善踝关节骨折患者的预后以及踝关节功能意义重大。
