品管圈活动在提高护士掌握住院患者康复治疗动态知晓率中的作用(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高护士掌握住院患者康复治疗动态知晓率中的作用。方法 通过分析导致康复病房护士掌握住院患者康复治疗动态知晓率低的原因，运用医护治一体化流程，加强医生、护士、治疗师三方的联系与沟通，制定并规范康复治疗工作安排流程，充分发挥护士的主观能动性。结果 护士掌握住院患者康复治疗动态知晓率由33%提高至80%(P<0.05)，进步率为70%，患者的治疗、护理得到及时、合理的安排，无形成果也得到提高。结论 通过品管圈小组活动，运用医护治一体化流程可提高康复病房护士掌握住院患者康复治疗动态知晓率，同时增加科室的凝聚力，提升护士的主人翁精神，调动护士工作的积极性，契合优质护理服务的内涵。
