不同手术体位在PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用效果比较(1)
[摘要]目的 分析应用股骨近端内固定系统(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的两种手术体位(仰卧位与侧卧位)的临床效果，为治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者提供科学的数据参考。方法 选取本院2014年6月～2016年2月收治的40例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组，每组均为20例。对照组应用平卧位PFNA手术方法，观察组应用侧卧位PFNA手术方法。比较两组患者的治疗优良率、切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间。结果 观察组的优良率为95%(19/20)，对照组的优良率为90%(18/20)，两组患者的优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 侧卧位与仰卧位应用于PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的临床优良率均较好，且侧卧位患者的手术切口小，术中出血量少，手术时间较短。
