止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 观察止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2014年1月～2015年12月收治的妊娠合并VVC患者168例，按照治疗方法不同分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组(87例)采用止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗，对照组(81例)采用妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗。治疗1周后，比较两组的临床疗效以及4周后的复发情况。结果 治疗组有效率为96.55%，显著高于对照组的79.01%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为7.69%，显著低于对照组的27.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠期VVC可以取得显著的临床效果，降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。
