麻杏石甘汤加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果观察(1)

     [摘要]目的 观察麻杏石甘汤加减联合西药对感冒后咳嗽的疗效。方法 将我院2015年5月～2016年3月94例感冒后咳嗽患者随机分成两组，对照组46例采用常规西药治疗，观察组48例在对照组治疗基础上服用麻杏石甘汤加减，治疗两个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后咳嗽症状积分均有明显降低(P<0.01)，观察组治疗一周后和治疗两周后较同时期对照组更低(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率为89.58%；对照组的总有效率为78.26%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 麻杏石甘汤加减联合西药治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果明显优于单纯西药治疗。
