尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑情绪及其影响因素研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑情绪及其影响因素。方法 选取2012年12月～2014年12月在佛山市妇幼保健院行尿道下裂手术患儿的180例父母作为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及自制患儿父母一般情况问卷进行调查。结果 尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑得分为(53.41±9.85)分，高于国内常模，差异有统计学意义(t=31.736，P<0.01)。母亲的焦虑情绪得分高于父亲；文化程度越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；家庭月收入越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；自费患儿父母的焦虑情绪得分高于非自费的父母；对手术方式的了解程度越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；尿道口位于阴茎阴囊交界部(Ⅲ度)和尿道口位于会阴部(Ⅳ度)患儿父母的焦虑情绪得分高于其他两型。结论 尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑情绪高于国内常模，且受父母角色、手术方式知晓度、疾病类型等的影响。
