超声造影与常规超声引导浅表淋巴结穿刺活检的对比研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨超声造影与常规超声引导浅表淋巴结穿刺活检的优劣。方法 回顾性分析2014年9月～2015年10月我院48例浅表肿大淋巴结患者资料，所有患者均行常规超声/超声造影和病理活检，将其分为超声造影组(n=27)和常规超声组(n=21)。观察两组取材成功率、并发症发生率、诊断准确率差异。结果 超声造影组并发症发生率(0.00%)低于常规超声组(14.29%)，差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。两组取材成功率和诊断准确率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 超声造影引导浅表淋巴结穿刺活检可降低并发症发生率，对取材成功率和诊断准确率无影响。
