药剂科药事管理在医院管理工作中的重要性(1)

     [摘要]目的 探究药剂科药事管理在医院管理工作中的重要性。方法 选择2015年9月～2016年3月我院30例药剂科工作人员作为观察对象，进行回顾性分析。均采用药剂科药事管理干预，对比干预前后不合理用药发生率及摆药差错发生率。结果 干预后不合理用药发生率为6.67%，摆药差错发生率为3.33%，明显比干预前(40.00%，23.33%)更低(P<0.05)。结论 在医院管理工作中，药剂科给予药事管理干预，能有效改善不合理用药现象，降低摆药差错发生率，可推广应用。
