2011～2015年临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性变迁(1)
[摘要]目的 了解大连市第三人民医院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的变迁。方法 对该院2011～2015年临床分离的987株鲍曼不动杆菌进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果 鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗生素耐药率高，对亚胺培南耐药率上升较快，出现泛耐药株。结论 鲍曼不动杆菌耐药情况日趋严重，应采取相应的控制措施，规范临床用药，合理使用抗生素，遏制耐药株增长，预防院内感染。
