高危型HPV—DNA检测联合TCT在基层妇女健康普查中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨高危型HPV-DNA检测联合薄层液基细胞学检查(TCT)在基层妇女宫颈癌筛查中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年12月本行政区域内各机关事业单位组织来我院进行定期健康检查的860名妇女作为研究对象，采用高危型HPV-DNA和TCT检测对宫颈癌进行早期筛查。结果 TCT的阳性检出率为4.77%(41/860)，HPV的阳性检出率为2.09%(18/860)，联合检测的阳性检出率为5.35%(46/860)。TCT检测、HPV-DNA检测、两者联合检测的灵敏度为89.13%、39.13%、100.00%。结论 高危型HPV-DNA检测联合TCT在基层妇女宫颈癌癌前病变的筛查中具有较高的阳性检出率和灵敏度，可以广泛地应用于基层宫颈癌筛查工作中。
