个性化全瓷基台联合全瓷冠修复在前牙种植修复中的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討个性化全瓷基台联合全瓷冠齿修复在前牙区种植修复的美学效果。方法 收集本院2014年1月～2016年1月的72例前牙缺失患者(共植入80枚种植体)作为研究对象，由患者知情同意后自主选择，分为观察组(37例，40枚)和对照组(35例，40枚)。观察组采用个性化全瓷基台+全瓷冠修复，对照组采用个性化金属钛基台+全瓷冠修复。比较两组术后1周、3个月、6个月的牙龈指数、菌斑指数和红色复合美学评分。结果 观察组术后3、6个月的牙龈指数和菌斑指数显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6个月的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔修复中，与钛基台相比，个性化全瓷基台的临床效果更为显著，更加适合患者选择。
