固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗气虚型崩漏的效果观察(1)

     [摘要]目的 观察固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗气虚型崩漏的临床效果。方法 将2014年11月～2016年8月在我院中医科就诊的60例门诊气虚型崩漏患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组予以固本止崩汤，结合针灸(隐白、中极、三阴交、关元)治疗7 d。对照组予以安宫黄体酮8 mg，每8小时1次，每3天减1/3量，共9 d后停药。观察两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果 治疗组患者的有效率为93.33%，低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治療组的复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 固本止崩汤结合针灸治疗虚型崩漏的效果较西药好，安全性好，具有临床推广价值。
