[摘要]目的 探讨循证护理在EV71型重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年3月我院EV71型重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿140例，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患儿均进行常规临床治疗，对照组采用常规护理措施，对照组采用循证护理方法，比较两组患儿总有效率及住院时间。结果 观察组患儿的总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%)，住院时间[(8.5±2.5)d]短于对照组[(12.0±3.0)d]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 在EV71型重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿的治疗中使用循证护理干预能够明显提高治疗效果，加快患者康复时间。
