综合护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探討综合护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用效果情况。方法 选取我院2015年2月～2016年2月神经内科收治的脑血栓患者240例，依据护理措施不同分为对照组和观察组，各120例。对照组给予基础性护理措施，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较两组脑血栓患者平均溶栓延误时间、平均住院时间、患者护理前后神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数评分、复发率和患者满意度情况。结果 观察组患者平均溶栓延误时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前，两组患者神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有所降低、Barthel指数评分有所提高，与护理前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组、Barthel指数评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中应用，可以提高治疗效率，改善神经功能和生活能力，降低复发率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 240 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in Department of Neurologyin our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different nursing measures，with 120 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing measures，while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The average delayed thrombolytic time，average hospitalization time，pre- and post-nursing neurological deficit score，Barthel index score as well as of the recurrence rate and patients′satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The average delayed thrombolytic time and average hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing，there were no significant differences between the scores of neurological deficit and Barthel index in two groups (P>0.05)；after nursing，the scores of neurological deficit in two groups were all decreased，the scores of Barthel index in two groups were all increased，and compared with those before nursing，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).And the score of neurological deficit in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the score of Barthel index was higher than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the patients′satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral thrombosiscan improve the treatment efficiency，neurological functions，life ability and patients′satisfaction，and reduce the recurrence rate，which is worthy of clinical application., http://www.100md.com(彭莹莹 甘文杰 冯利勉 巢珊珊)
