牵引配合关节松动术与牵引配合中频电疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果对比(1)
[摘要]目的 探討牵引分别配合关节松动术和中频电疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的应用效果。方法 选取2014年5月～2016年5月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者100例为研究对象，采用随机分配法，将其分为对照组、干预组，各50例。对照组予以牵引辅以中频电疗，干预组予以牵引辅以关节松动术治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组患者干预前后的疼痛改善情况，并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 两组干预前的VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组干预后的VAS评分均明显改善 (P<0.05)，且干预组干预后的VAS评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的临床疗效均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 牵引结合中频电疗及牵引结合关节松动术均能有效医治神经根型颈椎病，而后者疗效更明显，能有效缓解患者的神经根压迫症状，可在基层医院中广泛推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To discuss the application effect of traction combined with joint mobilization and combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted into our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the randomization method，and there were 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traction supplemented by intermediate frequency electrotherapy，and the intervention group was given traction combined with joint mobilization.The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess the improvement of pain before and after intervention in both groups，and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved after the intervention，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)，VAS score in the intervention group after the intervention was better than that in the control group after intervention，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical effect in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Traction combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy and traction combined with joint mobilization both can effectively cure cervical spondylotic radiculopathy，while the latter has a more significant effect，which can effectively relieve the symptoms of nerve root compression，and can be widely promoted and applied in primary hospital., 百拇医药(朱智文 尹德铭 方向延 李志强)
