[摘要]目的 探讨分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选择2016年1月～2017年2月在我院就诊的94例神经根型颈椎病患者，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各47例。对照组采用常规取穴针灸治疗，观察组采用分经辨证取穴针灸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、症状及疼痛情况。结果 观察组治疗后的临床治疗总有效率为93.62%，症状改善评分为(15.48±3.05)分，显著高于对照组的78.72%、(13.25±3.14)分；疼痛程度为(2.51±1.02)分，低于对照组的(3.47±1.06)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于常规取穴针灸而言，分经辨证取穴能显著提高神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果，减轻患者疼痛程度，值得临床应用。
