[摘要]近年来，随着我国新课程改革的推进，学生作为教学的三要素之一，其主体地位越来越突出。传统教学理念已经难以满足现代社会发展的需求，“以学生为中心”的教育理念越来越受到教育部门的重视。本文主要阐述了“以学生为中心”教育理念的内容，并探讨了“以学生为中心”的教育理念在医科大学教学管理中效果。

    [Abstract]With the promotion of the new curriculum reform in our country，students as one of the three elements in teaching are becoming more and more prominent in recent years.The traditional teaching ideas have been difficult to meet the needs of modern social development.And the “student centered” concept of education has been received more and more attention from the educational department.This paper mainly expounds the content of “student centered” education idea and probes into the effect of the educational idea in the teaching management of medical university.
